Hospital Physical Therapist I/II*

The Job

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for Physical Therapists I & II who plan, implement, and perform individual therapy programs for the rehabilitation of inpatients and outpatients. Duties include conferring with physicians regarding treatments; providing information regarding status of patients under treatment; assisting in planning treatment programs and establishing treatment goals; assessing and observing treatment effectiveness and outcomes; modifying treatment plans as necessary; documenting initial and on-going patients' evaluations, assessments and treatments; and directing the work of Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides. *Official Title: For more detailed information, refer to the Physical Therapist I job description. *Official Title: or more detailed information, refer to the Physical Therapist II job description.

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles). Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Minimum Requirements

Applicants must possess ALL of the following:

Physical Therapist I - LICENSE:Applicants must possess and maintain a valid Physical Therapist license issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs (Physical Therapy Board of California).CERTIFICATION:Must possess and maintain Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.EXPERIENCE:No experience required.

Physical Therapist II - LICENSE:Applicants must possess and maintain a valid Physical Therapist license issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs (Physical Therapy Board of California).CERTIFICATION:Must possess and maintain Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.EXPERIENCE:One (1) year of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist

Desired Qualifications

A combination of inpatient and outpatient physical therapy experience is highly desired.
