BrightPath Home Health LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced HHA Agency Manager to lead our home health aide operations in Columbus, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by overseeing the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care to clients in our community. - Oversee day-to-day operations of the home health aide (HHA) agency, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise home health aides and support staff
- Manage client intake, care plan coordination, and caregiver-client matching
- Monitor caregiver performance, conduct evaluations, and implement corrective action as needed
- Maintain accurate agency records, documentation, and compliance reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and referral sources
- Ensure adherence to Ohio Department of Health (ODH) home health agency standards and policies
- Prior experience in home health, home care, or a related healthcare management role
- Knowledge of HHA regulations, Ohio home health agency licensing, and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, and client relations
- Proficiency in home health agency software and basic office applications
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality patient care
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
