This position is ideal for an energetic and people-focused professional who enjoys recruiting, networking, and helping individuals achieve success. From first contact through onboarding, you will help create a positive experience for driver candidates while supporting the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, community outreach, and other recruiting channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and follow-up communications
- Achieve hiring goals through proactive recruiting efforts
- Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community functions
Onboarding & Candidate Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation activities for Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide new drivers through application requirements, compliance documentation, and onboarding procedures
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming onboarding experience
- Assist candidates with questions and provide support throughout the hiring process
Driver Engagement & Retention
- Build positive relationships with drivers and newly onboarded contractors
- Promote a positive company culture through regular communication and engagement
- Address concerns and connect drivers with appropriate resources and support teams
- Partner with leadership to support retention initiatives and driver satisfaction programs
- Encourage long-term success through ongoing relationship-building efforts
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records
- Track hiring activity, onboarding completion, and recruitment metrics
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management as needed
- Support workforce planning and other recruiting-related initiatives
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive candidate and driver experience
Qualifications of a Recruiter:
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, customer service, human resources, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
