In this role, you will build your team-based book of business by actively prospecting, identifying, attracting, and onboarding new clients through networking, referrals, and relationship building as a part of our financial planning team. You will be the face of 49 Financial, growing your client base and delivering compelling financial solutions.This role focuses on business development and client acquisition rather than financial analysis, portfolio construction, or investment research. Ideal candidates are relationship builders and natural networkers rather than those seeking primarily analytical work. Candidates should possess strong sales aptitude, communication and social skills, leadership experience and a desire to be in a client-facing role.Compensation is directly tied to client acquisition and retention; early success comes primarily from prospecting within your personal and professional networks. This is a performance-based compensation role with no cap on earnings. Success is tied directly to your ability to acquire and serve clients.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Business Development: Generate new prospect contacts through existing relationships, referrals, networking events, social media outreach, community involvement, and warm prospecting. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and personal market development.
