Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and document changes promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide mobility support; promote safety.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to update care plans and respond to changes in condition.
• Respond to call lights, maintain patient safety, and uphold infection control and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Availability for an ASAP start (2 weeks or less) as noted for the assignment.
• Ability to commit to a 9-week travel assignment in a long-term care setting.
• Capacity to work a 12-hour night shift (18:00–06:30) on a 3x12 schedule.
• Willingness to travel to the assignment location for the duration of the contract.
• Ability to deliver patient-centered nursing care and follow facility policies and procedures in a long-term care environment.
