Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist License: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Ohio. Skills: Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) management is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children of all ages. Experience: Pediatric experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and love for kids are our top priorities! Job Description Clinical Care: Provide high-quality cleanings and preventive treatments tailored to young patients. Education: Deliver oral health coaching to children and provide home-care guidance to parents. Patient Experience: Build trust using a calm, kid-centered approach to reduce dental anxiety.
