• Technology & Systems Management: Utilize POS systems, scheduling software, and financial reporting tools to streamline operations.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate on local partnerships, promotions, and social media initiatives to enhance brand presence.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role within the hospitality, café, quick-service, or fast-casual restaurant industry with scratch kitchens.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, inventory tracking, and financial reporting tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
• Passion for Wellness: Interest in health-conscious dining, sustainability, and community engagement.
• Certifications: ServSafe Manager Certification
• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work a mix of weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
