Whether you're an experienced line cook looking for your next kitchen or you're ready to build your skills and grow in the restaurant industry, we'd love to meet you.Our kitchen offers the opportunity to work and learn across several stations, including Window, Grill, Salad, Sauté, Fry, and Prep. We're looking for dependable people who enjoy staying busy, working as a team, and taking pride in the food they put on the plate.What You'll DoPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specificationsWork stations including Grill, Sauté, Fry, Salad, Window, and Prep, depending on experience and trainingLearn multiple kitchen stations and continue building your skillsMaintain proper food temperatures, quality, and presentationPrep and assemble ingredients accurately and efficientlyKeep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for serviceFollow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling proceduresLearn new menu items, features, and specials as they are introducedCommunicate and work closely with the rest of the kitchen teamHelp ensure kitchen equipment is operating safely and properlyKeep up in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistencyWho We're Looking ForWe welcome applicants with different levels of kitchen experience.
