Responsibilities Assess, diagnose and treat a diverse range of physical conditions in pediatric patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Provide education and support to patients’ families to help them understand their child’s condition and treatment plan. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Adhere to all professional standards, regulations and best practices in physical therapy. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy. Qualifications A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and team members. The ability to work independently and make critical decisions regarding patient care. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the changing needs of patients.
