Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler sales team and looking for motivated Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, lead effective sales conversations, overcome objections, and close deals. If you're confident on the phone, thrive in a competitive sales environment, and are motivated by strong earning potential, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a team built for success.

You'll work exclusively with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with their tax concerns. No cold calling. No prospecting. Your focus will be on understanding each client's needs, presenting the right solution, and confidently guiding them through the sales process.

• Handle objections and confidently close deals

What We're Looking For

• 12 years of phone sales experience required
• Proven ability to close sales and handle objections
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals

Location & Schedule

Full-Time | In-Office

Location: Chandler, AZ

Schedule:

• MondayFriday: 8:00 AM5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday shift per month
