Opportunity As a Banking Transformation - Technology Modernization & Architecture - Director, you will lead the charge in transforming banking technology landscapes, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through strategic consulting services. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. Responsibilities Lead the transformation of banking technology architecture to enhance operational efficiency Guide teams in the implementation and integration of business applications to support strategic objectives Analyze client needs and develop tailored software solutions for seamless integration Manage project delivery and resource allocation to optimize business transformation initiatives Promote technological advances and foster environments where people and technology thrive together Identify market gaps and convert opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm Cultivate potential in team members through mentorship and leadership development Build and maintain executive-level client relations to drive business growth Develop innovative ideas and solutions to address complex business challenges Validate data integrity and compliance within technology frameworks Encourage creativity and systemic thinking to solve problems from multiple angles Requirements At least a Bachelor's degree At least 8 years of experience Preferred Qualifications Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems Excelling in business technology and transformation Demonstrating strategic planning and systemic thinking Implementing technology innovations in banking and capital markets Leading business data analytics for financial services Cultivating potential through coaching and feedback Driving business growth with strategic mindset Promoting technological advances in client engagements Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
