Nurse SupervisorThe Nurse Supervisor is a designated clinical leader responsible for coordinating, planning, and overseeing patient care operations within the Acute Cardiac Unit. Working in collaboration with the Department Director, this role ensures high-quality, safe, and efficient care delivery while promoting staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and service excellence in alignment with Trinity Health's Mission and values.What You Will DoFull-time 36-Hour Night positionProvides clinical and operational leadership for the Acute Cardiac IMC Unit during assigned shiftCoordinates patient care delivery, staffing assignments, and daily workflow based on acuity and censusSupervises nursing and support staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and best practicesEnsures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirementsParticipates in development and implementation of patient care standards and evidence-based practicesSupports quality improvement, patient safety, and performance initiativesFacilitates staff orientation, training, and professional developmentPromotes a culture of service excellence and patient-centered careServes as a clinical resource and professional role model for staffMinimum QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Current Registered Nurse licensure in Maryland or Compact StateBLS certification (American Heart Association)Minimum of three (3) years of Acute Cardiac nursing experiencePreferredMaster of Science in Nursing (MSN)Prior leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experienceExperience in cardiac or intermediate care settingsPay Range: $39.47 - $61.20Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
