Learn more about the team and the work you can do at Who You Are High performer with 3‑5 years of relevant experience and a demonstrated interest in civil litigation (i.e., taking/defending depositions, drafting court filings, managing large‑scale investigations, etc.) and/or a background in M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling. Deep industry knowledge and understanding of Antitrust matters. Prior experience in a leading law firm or relevant government agency. Strong work ethic paired with excellent leadership skills. Commitment to delivering top‑notch client service. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in.
