Location: Tiffany Springs, North Kansas City, Missouri
Shift and Compensation:
* Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
* Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
* Pay: $16.50 per hour
LSI Staffing is currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals for General Laborer and Packager positions for a reputable client in the Tiffany Springs area of North Kansas City.
Job Summary: LSI Staffing is seeking hardworking General Laborers and Packagers for 1st shift opportunities in Tiffany Springs. These positions offer a Monday through Friday schedule with competitive pay. We are looking for individuals who are eager to work and contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities (may vary depending on the specific role):
General Laborer:
* Performing various physical tasks in a warehouse or production environment.
* Loading and unloading materials.
* Moving and organizing products.
* Assisting with setup and cleanup of work areas.
* Other general labor duties as assigned.
Packager:
* Inspecting products for quality before packaging.
* Assembling boxes and containers.
* Carefully packaging products according to specifications.
* Labeling packages accurately.
* Maintaining a clean and organized packaging area.
* Meeting production quotas and quality standards.
* Other packaging duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* No prior experience is required for these entry-level positions; however, previous experience in general labor, packaging, or a related field is a plus.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
* Reliability and punctuality are essential.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Must be able to work the scheduled 1st shift hours.
