Description:
This position is for an X-Ray Tech.
The shift is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
There is no on-call requirement, unless coverage is needed for callouts.
Weekend coverage is not required.
The candidate must float within scope to meet facility needs.
Travelers will need to provide a radiation badge; the agency must supply this.
Fluoroscopy experience is required, and C-arm experience is preferred.
Basic Epic charting and Sectra PACS documentation will be utilized.
Applicants should have experience working with various patient age groups, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
The candidate may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season.
Travelers should consider this before confirming any new assignments during the season, which runs from June through November, with peak activity in August and September.
All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of application.
Locals may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but non-locals will be prioritized.
All submission materials must indicate the selected candidate's eligibility and confirmation of licensed status.
Please note previous perm staff must have been separated for one year before returning for travel assignments.
