Senior Scrum Master / Project ManagerOur client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to support critical SAP initiatives and replace an existing team member transitioning to another role. This individual will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery while also providing project management oversight across complex SAP-focused initiatives.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can remove impediments, manage cross-functional teams, and drive project execution while balancing traditional project management responsibilities with Scrum leadership.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.Lead project execution across SAP-focused initiatives and coordinate deliverables among technical and business teams.Identify, escalate, and proactively remove project risks, blockers, and dependencies.Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.Work closely with product owners, business leaders, SAP resources, and external partners.Ensure alignment between Agile delivery practices and broader project objectives.Drive accountability and transparency across project teams.Support financial, procurement, and operational SAP initiatives as needed.
