SEEKING A SURGICAL CENTER CLEANER IN LANSING, MI

Job Title: Evening Cleaner at Surgical Center

Position Purpose: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning a specific area within a surgery center based off of Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.

Location: Lansing, MI - Lake Lansing & Wood St

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6pm- 9pm

Pay: $14/hr - Bi-Weekly pay via direct deposit

Building Type: Surgical Center - Sterile/OR Cleaning

Job Responsibilities:

Vacuuming with Backpack Vacuums and uprights
Dry and wet mopping
Trash Removal - CAPABLE OF LIFTING UP TO 50LBS
Dusting
Cleaning all areas of Restrooms
Cleaning glass
Wiping all surfaces in OR
Restocking paper products and soap dispensers
Understanding and accepting that inspections of your area will be conducted
Correct any concerns or issues from an inspection ASAP.
Turning off lights
Locking and securing the facility at the end of the shift

Requirements:

Willing to undergo Background check
Must be 18 yrs or older
Reliable transportation
Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
Team Oriented
Have an excellent work ethic & eye for detail
Must wear scrubs (will be provided)
Comfortable working in a healthcare environment, including cleaning areas where blood or other bodily fluids may be present

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
Ability to follow cleaning instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Reliable and punctual
