Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Critical Care Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Cardiac drips - Chest tubes Description: Unit Profile: The unit consists of 31 beds. Patient ratios are 1:4-1:5. Equipment includes Baxter IV pumps and occasional epidural pumps. Electronic Health Record system is Meditech. Patient Population: Primarily adult and geriatric patients. Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Post-vascular procedures, Post-CABG, CVA, Respiratory failure, Heart failure, Chest pain, Post-cath lab. Personality Fit: Candidates should be kind, respectful, and a team player. Punctuality and flexibility are important. Required Education: ASN or BSN degree. Dress Code: Scrubs should be royal blue.
