You will assess, monitor, and treat patients transitioning from intensive care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and document in electronic medical record systems.To qualify, you need an active Ohio RN license or eligibility, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Basic Life Support certification is required, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Experience in an acute care hospital setting is recommended.Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, medication administration, teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced setting.
