Redwood Grove Post Acute is excited to offer an Earn & Learn Nursing Assistant Program — a paid training opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience, earn while you learn, and grow into a valued member of our care team.

What You’ll Do:

Participate in a structured training program that prepares you to become a certified Nursing Assistant.
Learn essential skills including patient care, communication, safety, and teamwork.
Provide compassionate support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
