We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across Colorado to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Meaningful, patient-centered care in the home and community Leadership opportunity with direct team impact Flexible scheduling and autonomy in caseload management Supportive, clinician-led culture Strong interdisciplinary collaboration Ongoing training, mentorship, and development opportunities Opportunity to shape clinical excellence and team growth What You’ll Do Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Document care in an electronic medical record system Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards Qualifications Required Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado) ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Pediatric or home health experience Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy New Graduates & Clinical Fellows Welcome!
