IAM Engineer

Access Lifecycle Management: Execute user provisioning and de-provisioning across systems during the joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle (e.g., new store openings, employee transfers, and offboarding).
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Develop, analyze, and maintain role definitions tailored to specific job functions within a fast-paced retail and corporate environment.
Access Governance & Auditing: Schedule, conduct, and document periodic User Access Reviews (UARs) to ensure compliance with privacy and financial regulations (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS).
Identity Technologies Support: Assist in managing and configuring enterprise IAM and directory tools like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Okta, or SailPoint.
Incident Resolution & Troubleshooting: Investigate access-related anomalies, escalate security incidents, and collaborate with the Help Desk to resolve user access roadblocks.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in onboarding workflows and automate access requests to improve operational efficiency for retail staff.
