Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a skilled Occupational Therapist. This flexible, part-time position allows you to shape your own schedule while working closely with a manageable caseload of 15 students in an educational setting near Cokato, MN. From assessing student needs to implementing strategies, you’ll play a vital role in helping children thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current, active OT license issued by the state of Minnesota
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for K-12 students to identify needs and determine appropriate interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote students’ motor skills, self-care, and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and adjust services as needed
• Maintain accurate records, document services, and prepare reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with staff and provide resources or training as needed to increase awareness and integration of occupational therapy techniques within the school environment
