Responsibilities for Compliance Specialist include but are not limited to:

· Manage and plan requirements with cross-functional teams to drive compliance projects and processes through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.

· Provide intermediate program management support on compliance initiatives and independently drive projects to completion.

· Lead new compliance programs and process enhancements from concept through implementation.

· Own and validate recurring compliance reports; analyze metrics to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and diagnose gaps in compliance programs.

· Deliver actionable data analysis, findings, and recommendations, presenting insights clearly both verbally and in writing to support decision-making.

· Identify opportunities to improve compliance policies, procedures, and processes, and develop actionable plans to implement enhancements.

· Coordinate and support risk assessments to identify key compliance risks and prioritize areas of focus across the compliance ecosystem.

· Drive the execution of a controls framework by translating legal, regulatory, and internal policy obligations into operational controls and business processes.

· Partner cross-functionally to ensure controls are effectively designed, implemented, and maintained.

· Develop and deliver in-person compliance training and communication strategies across multiple teams and, where applicable, multiple practice areas.

· Ensure compliance programs and training meet company-wide standards and are completed by all relevant employees.

· Manage and influence stakeholders to drive accountability and alignment without direct authority.

Candidates for Compliance Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered :

· Proficiency in risk assessments and control frameworks.

· Strong presentation and executive communication skills.

· Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

· Experience developing new programs and processes.

· Solid project management capabilities.

· Experience with compliance and regulatory data analysis.

· Working knowledge of evolving regulatory and compliance standards and industry best practices.

· Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST Mon- Fri

· New York, NY (3 Days Onsite 2 Days Remote)

Pay Details: $102.75 per hour
