Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a personalized caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

  • Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, address stability, and schedule upcoming appointments, including timely discharges when appropriate.

  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

  • Document client progress meticulously, maintaining comprehensive records and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.

  • Perform intake assessments to establish initial treatment needs and objectives.

  • Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions to promote client healing and growth.

  • Participate in regular individual supervision meetings for professional development and support.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and maximize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC with Calmness Counseling, you will address the mental health needs of a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and children. Your role will involve tailored therapeutic interventions designed to meet the unique psychological and emotional needs of each client, fostering a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to care.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

  • Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
