The Registered Nurse Field Supervisorwill report to Director of Nursing. Duties will be includingfield nursing, and clinical supervision of field staff. The Registered Nurse Field Supervisorwill focus on client assessments, file reviews, care plans and assisting with hiring and competency checks for field staff. Responsibilities * Client assessments, develop care plans, client file review * National accounts development and maintenance * Infusion services and phlebotomy * Assist with RN/LPN hiring * Perform supervisory visits * Uphold BrightStar behavior standards * On-Call for emergency as needed Benefits * Paid Time Off * Health Insurance * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Opportunity for quarterly performance based bonuses * Opportunity for advancement Requirements * RN with five (5) years clinical experience requiredwith at least 3 of those involving infusion therapy * One (1) year of supervisory experience required * Two (2) years’ experience in-home care preferred * Must be proficient in IV starts and infusion therapy * Advanced Nursing Certifications (CRNI preferred) * Current state license to practice in Florida * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
