About Us and the Opportunity: ZP Group empowers Zachary Piper Solutions and Piper Companies to drive growth and success for customers, consultants, and employees through staffing and professional services that strengthen organizations, advance careers, and support critical missions. We're seeking a driven, high-character candidate for an entry-level sales position that offers hands-on training, mentorship, and accelerated growth into an Account Manager role. Requirements:
- Partner with experienced Account Managers to learn the business, build professional skills, and contribute to client success.
- Participate in a structured training and mentorship program designed to develop sales, relationship-building, and business development expertise.
- Demonstrate the drive and performance needed to advance into an Account Manager role and build your own portfolio of client relationships.
- Strong work ethic and a drive to achieve goals.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to overcome challenges.
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with opportunities for career growth and uncapped earnings.
- Salary: $52,500 base salary + commission
- Additional compensation, upon promotion to Account Manager: $5,000 base salary increase
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and an Open PTO Policy
