Talento Search Group has an opening for an Gear CNC Technician in the Suwanee, Georgia area. This is a direct-hire position on 1st shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Setup and operation of gear CNC machines

Perform offsets and edits on programs

Verify quality of work

Meet daily production goals

Maintain proper inventory of hand tools and inspection equipment

Record product and processing data

Wear PPE as needed

Experience Needed:

Associates Degree in Machine Shop Technology is preferred

At least 3 years of CNC machining on gears

Experience reading blueprints, GD&T, and inspection reports

Experience with Gleason, Nidec, KAPP, Liebherr, or similar gear manufacturing equipment

Experience performing changeovers and changing tooling

Basic math skills

Ability to produce parts with tight tolerances

Programming experience is preferred
