Back Waiter

Summary Provide attentive back-of-house support to ensure a seamless, high-end dining experience at the New York guesthouse restaurant. Assist front-of-house staff by preparing and maintaining service stations, running food, clearing and resetting tables, and anticipating guest needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, high energy, and a commitment to luxury hospitality standards. Responsibilities Assist and support all aspects of service and partner with front-of-house team members Set up and maintain stations with silverware, glassware, and plates prior to service Polish, restock, and organize silverware, glassware, and plates throughout shift Assist with running food to tables and curating dining spaces during service Clear, crumb between courses, clean, and reset tables after guest departure Maintain high energy and strong attention to detail during service periods Requirements Knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies and ability to maintain health and safety standards Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to work well in a team-focused environment with excellent verbal communication Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
