Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Amerock is seeking a Sales Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting revenue growth by managing the quoting process, qualifying and coordinating new customer leads, and providing day‑to‑day support to the field sales team. This hybrid role is based in Charlotte/Huntersville, NC, with a flexible in‑office schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the customer quoting process, including preparation, review, and delivery of quotes and pricing requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure all quotations comply with established pricing guidelines, approval requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of quotes, pricing approvals, exceptions, and customer requests to support audit readiness.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring customer data integrity; generate and analyze reports to provide actionable business insights.
• Oversee and manage new customer leads from initial inquiry through qualification, assignment, and onboarding.
• Work closely with outside/field sales representatives to support active sales opportunities and coordinate information, samples, pricing details, and customer data.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with customer service, operations, and finance teams to support the sales process.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing quotes and supporting sales teams.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Experience supporting outside or field sales teams.

Pay Range

• $15.00 - $36.49 per hour (hourly) or monthly for salaried roles.
• Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
• Compliance with all wage regulations and local or state wage requirements.
