Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

We’re looking for a reliable, safety-minded teammate with forklift experience who enjoys hands-on work. You’ll play an important role in getting the right materials to our customers safely and on time, working alongside a supportive warehouse and delivery team. What You’ll Do Receive materials: Unload incoming trucks, check items and quantities against paperwork, and report damage or discrepancies. Operate equipment: Safely use forklifts and pallet jacks to move, organize, and store materials. Prepare customer orders: Pick, verify, stage, and load orders into customer vehicles and delivery trucks. Handle transfers: Prepare and load trucks with materials moving between company locations. Check inventory: Count stock, maintain organized storage areas, and report inventory discrepancies. Assist with deliveries: Accompany drivers approximately two to three times per week to unload materials and carry them inside when needed. No driving is required. Maintain the warehouse: Keep aisles, loading areas, and workspaces clean and orderly, inspect equipment before use, and report safety or maintenance concerns. Support teammates with other related warehouse duties as needed. What You’ll Bring Prior forklift operating experience is required. Building-materials or flooring experience is a plus. Ability to regularly lift and carry approximately 60 lbs, with a maximum of 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Attention to detail when checking products, quantities, and orders. Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to safe material handling. Willingness to work both in the warehouse and as a delivery helper. Why Join Us? $21–$25 per hour.
