Radiology RN Travel Assignment

Seeking an experienced Radiology RN for a travel assignment at a busy medical facility. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care for radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiology-related treatments and interventions according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records following hospital protocols.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols specific to radiology procedures.
• Provide patient education regarding procedure preparation and post-procedure care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and holds a valid RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiology or interventional radiology nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on rotation.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
