Production Supervisor- 2nd shift at Confidential Bay Shore, NY

Overview 2nd shift Production Supervisor (2:30PM–11:00PM, Monday‑Friday, with weekend dates as needed). Permanent full‑time position. Associate degree preferred. Bi‑lingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Payment: $32‑$35 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on‑time output. Lead, train, and manage production staff, ensuring adherence to food safety (GMP, HACCP) and workplace safety standards. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with regulatory and company food safety requirements. Plan and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines. Assign tasks, track performance, and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Ensure proper use, readiness, and basic maintenance of production equipment. Maintain accurate production, safety, and attendance records; track key performance metrics (KPIs). Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with management to resolve them quickly. Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Experienced level of proficiency in food production and safety regulations. Associate degree or equivalent experience. Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
