THE WORKThe Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) TPY-4 sub market segment supports the development, production, delivery, and aftermarket support of all TPY-4 radar systems. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage domestic radar programs from contract award through system sell off and aftermarket support. • This role has P&L responsibility for delivering on all contractual and financial commitments. The program manager will also work closely with business development to grow the overall portfolio and ensure that customer expectations are met. • The program manager will work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure programs are executable and with other sustainment program managers to ensure alignment across the wide customer base. • The position will require a broad interface with multiple disciplines including capture management, business development, global sustainment, engineering, supply chain, operations, fleet management, field service representatives, logistics support, and technical publications. • Relationship building skills are essential for this role and the ability to build strong relationships across various cultural boundaries will be critical to success. • The ability to manage complex, projects with multiple inter-dependencies is also required. • The successful candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with personnel / customers ranging from inexperienced employees through General or Executive Leadership level and demonstrate strong customer relationships at every level. • Some travel will be requiredWHO WE AREOur customers are world-wide and so is our reputation for creating original solutions with the latest technologies. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
