Welder
Location: Darien, WI
Pay: Starting at $18.25/hr
Position Type: Long-Term
We are seeking motivated Welders to join our team in Darien. Candidates with at least 1 year of welding experience are encouraged to apply. We provide hands-on training and skill development opportunities, making this a great position for welders looking to grow their careers and increase their earning potential.
Schedule- Monday – Thursday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime based on customer demand
- Overtime is expected but not mandatory
- Paid, hands-on weld training
- Opportunity to advance based on weld test performance
- Long-term employment
- Stable 4-day work week

- Perform welding duties according to quality standards and specifications
- Participate in weld training and skill assessments
- Interpret work instructions and production requirements
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Minimum of 1 year of welding experience
- Ability and willingness to learn and improve welding skills
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
After successfully passing the weld test, employees will be moved into another area of the plant based on their skill level and abilities.
