Residential Youth Wellness Instructor

Northwest Passage seeks an Instructor to create educational programming and provide direct care, supervision, and support to youth in a residential setting. The role emphasizes experiential and project-based learning beyond a traditional classroom. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science and have proven experience with youth facing mental health challenges.
