Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 2+ months

Shift Schedule: Seven-day operational coverage across three shifts (Pacific Time)

7:00 AM – 12:30 PM

☀️ 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM

5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate robotic systems remotely using camera-based control interfaces.

Perform precise manipulation tasks with controlled movements.

️ Work with first-person (egocentric) camera perspectives.

Maintain excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.

️ Follow safety procedures and standard operating instructions.

Monitor operations, identify errors, and maintain quality standards.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor control.

• Good spatial awareness and depth perception.

• Excellent focus and attention to detail.

• Comfort with gaming controllers or technical control interfaces.

• Ability to follow structured instructions and work accurately under pressure.

⭐ PREFERRED BACKGROUND

Experience in robotics, gaming, VR/AR, simulation, drone operation, remote machinery control, or technical operations is a plus.

INTERVIEW & ONBOARDING

• Onsite practical assessment in Redmond, WA.

• Online background check for successful candidates.

• Fingerprint scanning as part of onboarding.
