Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN's to join our team here at Luther Manor at Hillcrest and provide high-quality care to our residents. The LPN will assess residents' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. WE WILL YOUR CURRENT SIGN ON BONUS.
