SVG Chevrolet GMC in Washington Courthouse is seeking a proven Sales Manager with automotive leadership experience. If you know how to build, coach, and hold a team accountable while delivering top-tier customer satisfaction, we want you on our leadership bench.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Drive volume, gross, and customer satisfaction performance.
- Manage sales processes, desking, and deal structure to maximize results.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth operations.

- Proven success as a Sales Manager (or GSM) in automotive retail, preferably with General Motors experience.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of team development.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with iPads, CRM systems, and modern tools.
- Goal-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
