Intensive Crisis Services Nurse Director Coleman Intensive Crisis Services is seeking an Intensive Crisis Services Nurse Director at our Canton, Ohio location. Employee Package includes: Annual salary starting at $86,000 Accrue three weeks of paid-time off during first year Flex Spending Account Annual Wellness reimbursement $2,000 staff referral bonus Excellent Team Environment Highest commitment to quality care Key job duties of the Intensive Crisis Services Nurse Director include: Provide direct oversight of 24/7/365 nursing operations Ensures safe management of suicidal, homicidal, and high-risk patients Hire, onboard, and supervise RNs, LPNs, Mental Health Technicians, and others as assigned Provide direct services for clients as needed, including assessment, monitoring progress, medication management, and linking to services Qualifications for the Intensive Crisis Services Nurse Director: Must have unrestricted Ohio RN License Must have experience with Crisis Services or inpatient psychiatry A valid Ohio driver's license and excellent driving record Obtain an NPI number and Ohio Medicaid number. Must be willing to complete and have favorable results for criminal background check, drug/TB screening, and driving check if selected for the position.
