The Customer Claims Specialist assists the Customer Service Team with the processing of claims using good judgement, video, and information from the locations to resolve claims in a timely and cost-effective manner. Additionally, the CCS will be fully trained in all facets of unlimited customer support / call queue and will float between the two roles depending on where they are needed the most.

What do we need from you?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing/customer service
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
Outstanding communication skills
Strong desire to give exemplary service to Crew's external customer
