Goodman Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead the assembly group, drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity, and manage performance. You will apply Lean, 5S and Six Sigma concepts, coach associates, and ensure compliance and integrity in daily operations. You will plan, assign, train, and evaluate staff, monitor KPI metrics such as on-time delivery, scrap rates, and machine downtime, and partner with supervision to support continuous improvement initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodman Manufacturing
