Front Desk Sales Associate (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Club Pilates Corvallis

Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about health and wellness? Do you love connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment? Were looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at Club Pilates!

This is more than a front desk roleyoull be the first impression of our studio and a key part of our community.

What Youll Do

Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and scheduling
Answer calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
Sell memberships and promote studio programs
Build relationships with members and create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment
Support the team with daily operations and special events

What Were Looking For

Friendly, confident, and professional personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-minded with the ability to recommend memberships
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with technology and scheduling systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for fitness and wellness (Pilates experience is a plus!)

Schedule & Availability

Must be available for a mix of mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
Flexible scheduling based on studio needs
