If you're ready to join a team committed to your success, Trilogy is where you belong and thrive!Position OverviewThe Maintenance Assistant is responsible to maintain the grounds, building, and equipment of our Health Campus in a safe and effective manner to ensure the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of our residents, as well as organize, develop, and assist with the direction of the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our health campus, and as may be instructed by the Executive Director.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the grounds, building and equipment for the health campus.Make daily rounds to proactively identify and address maintenance, equipment and safety concerns that could impact the health, welfare, safety and satisfaction of our residents, families and employees.Perform repairs as needed and/or appropriate on equipment, building and grounds.Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal and state regulations.Assist with driving the health campus bus for required maintenance appointments or resident trips as directed by the Maintenance Manager.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED/HSE preferred1-3 years of relevant experience preferredAbility to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficientlyMeets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation serviceLocationUS-KY-Louisville Forest Springs Health Campus 4120 Wooded Acre Lane Louisville KYBenefitsOur comprehensive Thrive benefits program focuses on your well-being, offering support for personal wellness, financial stability, career growth, and meaningful connections.
