Sales Coordinator

We are looking for the very best to join our AAA 4‑Diamond Hotel, featuring 1,628 guestrooms and 320,000 square feet of event space with stunning Pacific Ocean and city views. This iconic hotel is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. Responsibilities Assist Sales Managers with group sales leads, creating proposals, drafting Sales Agreements, and entering bids into electronic RFP systems such as Cvent. Assist with marketing tasks, client events, and solicitation projects. Coordinate and manage group room blocks, track pickup, and assist with reservation requests and changes. Maintain and update sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera) with client information, group history, and relevant documentation. Support the sales team with reporting, prospect research, and lead generation activities as needed. Ensure all documents and communications meet brand standards and professional guidelines. Act as a liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. The wage for this position is $26.52. This is the pay Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors such as experience and education. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or administrative roles; hospitality experience required. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a guest‑first attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Delphi, Opera, or similar CRM systems is a plus.
