What You’ll Do Lead and develop a frontline team of drivers, providing day‑to‑day operational guidance and accountability Build and sustain strong client relationships, proactively identifying service gaps and opportunities for improvement Oversee route execution and vending replenishment to ensure consistent service levels across all locations Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective action to maintain performance standards Partner with the Distribution Manager to align frontline execution with broader operational goals What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
