What You'll Do: * Provide professional makeup applications and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. * Build relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and personalized beauty recommendations. * Drive sales by meeting and exceeding company targets. * Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace following company and industry standards. * Stay up to date on beauty trends, product knowledge, and Honey Cosmetics' offerings. * Support daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and POS transactions. What We're Looking For: * Proven skills in makeup artistry with an eye for detail and creativity. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident with client interactions. * Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet goals and upsell products. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. * Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends). * Previous retail or cosmetic sales experience is a plus.
