Custodian @ The Cardinal At North Hills
The Custodian @ The Cardinal at North Hills provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
Full Time: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm + 2 weekends a month
Pay Rate: $16.75/hr
Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays Excellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K

What will I do every day?
- Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.
- Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- High school graduate preferred
- Six months to one year of custodial experience
- Experience working in a senior environment preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
