This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected industrial manufacturer known for precision gearing, custom gearbox solutions, gearbox repair and rebuild work, and
engineered power transmission products used in demanding industrial environments.
The Regional Sales Representative will develop new business, grow key accounts, and support revenue growth across custom gearing, gearbox manufacturing, gearbox
repair and rebuild services, reverse engineering projects, replacement gearing, spare parts, and engineered power transmission solutions.

The Regional Sales Representative will develop new business, grow key accounts, and support revenue growth across custom gearing, gearbox manufacturing, gearbox
repair and rebuild services, reverse engineering projects, replacement gearing, spare parts, and engineered power transmission solutions.

- Regional travel of approximately 50-70% will be expected.
- Overnight travel may be required.
- A regional territory growth strategy will be developed and executed.
- New business will be pursued with OEMs, EPC firms, industrial end-users, mills, refineries, power plants, mining operations, ports, and heavy manufacturing facilities.
- Existing customer relationships will be managed and expanded.
- Customer visits, plant tours, and technical sales presentations will be conducted.
- The full sales cycle will be managed from initial contact through solution development and close.
- Customer solutions will be coordinated with engineering, estimating, and manufacturing teams.
- CRM records, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipelines will be maintained.
- Technical specifications, drawings, applications, and project requirements will be reviewed.
- Gearbox repair, rebuild, reverse engineering, replacement gearing, spare parts, field service, and engineering support opportunities will be identified and developed.
- 5+ years of industrial B2B sales experience will be required.
- New business development experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or heavy industry will be required.
- Experience selling engineered products, industrial equipment, power transmission products, rotating equipment, gearboxes, bearings, motors, drives, or related industrial solutions will be required.
- Strong consultative and technical sales abilities will be required.
- CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills will be expected.
- The ability to travel throughout the assigned region will be required.
- A valid driver’s license will be required.
- Experience with gearboxes, gearing, power transmission, rotating equipment, industrial maintenance, reliability, or heavy manufacturing will be preferred.
- Existing relationships within industrial markets will be preferred.
- An engineering, manufacturing, mechanical, or technical background will be preferred.
- Experience working with OEMs and industrial end-users will be preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and customer-facing technical presentation skills will be valued.
