About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's entire quality function, including quality assurance, quality control, compliance, regulatory inspections, supplier quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role demands a highly visible leader with a proven track record in building and leading large quality organizations, driving a quality culture, and making critical quality and compliance decisions within a regulated manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Quality include providing strategic direction for quality systems, serving as the primary quality representative during inspections, and partnering with various departments to ensure business objectives are met. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, with at least 15 years of quality leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as pharmaceuticals, consumer health, nutraceuticals, biotechnology, or animal health. The role requires a strong understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and quality systems, as well as a proven track record in leading regulatory inspections and customer audits. Experience in managing large teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and executive leadership with a focus on strategy, budgeting, and organizational development is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, nutraceutical or consumer health products, animal health products, and experience in multi-site quality leadership and global supplier or contract manufacturing quality oversight.
